    I have about 3 months using Keelo. My wife and I decided to get a garage gym with all the basic equipment for bench and squats. After a few month we ran out of work out ideas and our garage gym became dead weight. In December I purchase the app and has return my garage gym a new life. My day starts at 0400 every day. That early in the morning is hard to come up with a workout. Since I been using Keelo I feel more evenly distributed (physically) and more accomplish. The work outs can vary in intensity or duration. Usually I start my workout at 0425 finish about 0515 then i make breakfast for the girls and move on about my day without worry of i have time or what workout should i do. Great app. You wont regret it! It will get you working. And is a spring board for more and it will give it to you. V/R Roy

    I saw that they were offering a two week trial. I selected a monthly plan to accept the two week trial, and I canceled after a few days. My account was still charged the monthly rate even though I canceled. I have emailed app support, and I will change my rating if I get a refund that was unnecessarily charged to my card.

    I have been using this app for 90 days. The programs are fun and I have received feedback regarding questions I may have during the program. However the app recently got an upgrade and includes a strength component which I am digging.

  • Great alternative to Crossfit classes

    This app has been a great alternative to signing up for a Crossfit class. The video demos are really good for learning the techniques. I’ve used the app for nearly 2 months and I’ve become a lot fitter plus still enjoying the workouts. I like that I don’t have to plan my workout. I just open the app and there is a plan set for me to follow.

    I really enjoyed this app. I have been using it for a few weeks. However after the last iPhone update, it constantly crashes on my watch. I hope it’s something they fix soon or I will have to cancel my subscription. Update : Deleted and reinstalled app. It seems to be working now.

    I purchased keelo with the idea that it was smart and would prescribe workouts that helped my become stronger and more fit. It did not. Specifically, at times it prescribed some lifts at 45#. When I would lift heavier and enter those weights, nothing changed. It would still prescribe low weight. In addition, my profile was listed as advanced. This is NOT an alternative app for high intensity workouts, such Crossfit or heavy boot campers. Do not subscribe to Keelo if you prefer heavier weights or longer workouts (WODs).
