    Sticking to yoga has been hard for me. I love that the workouts here last exactly the time that's shown, including the warm up. It's so much easier to commit to a 30 min pleasurable work out and know that there is nothing else involved. Half an hour and you are done.

    The 5 minute workouts are a great way to get you started. They motivate you to wanna pay for the full app and get going. The routines move a little quick for beginners, but instructions are clear so it’s not hard to catch on. It’s worth it

    They advertise the years plan as being 4,95 a month but charged me all at once. Bigger hit to my bank account that I was not expecting to be charger right now. They should make it clear that it’s be charged all at once. I probably would’ve chosen another plan had I known

    I thoroughly enjoyed using this app & even recommended to others & considered paying for the premium access but have reconsidered since the updates continue to limit the exercises accessible without paying. It’s ridiculous!

    I downloaded the free version of this. And I've done 48 workouts since I got it. I love the choice to do a quick five-minute every day workout or a more intense workout of the day. Getting to see my progress on my profile is also a fantastic feature. As someone who is new to yoga it also has a wonderful feature where you can see each exercise in position in video form and described for you. I've only been using it since November and I already notice a huge difference in my body. I'm more toned overall, my abs have come back, and my flexibility is back to when I used to be a professional dancer. With every workout I feel more fit and in control of my movements. One of the best parts of this app is how easy it is to fit it into my every day schedule. There's no excuse for me not to be able to do something. I can take it anywhere and be able to get a quick workout in. I love the idea that whereas before I didn't have enough time to do something during my day now I can always have time to do something instead of nothing. Seriously, do yourself a favor and download this app. You'll start feeling better about yourself in a week tops. Update: I have paid to be able to do the programs. However, I was disappointed with a few of them when I discovered they are the same work out on different days of the week. I wish they were more varied. Also, they have discontinued the daily work out. There is still the free short work out but I do miss the option of having that longer work out that is different every day.

    I loved this app so much but then they changed it so you could not do workouts, except the 5 minute daily, for free. And they changed the types of workouts to add jumps and bounces. So even if I bought the subscription, I’m not sure I would like the new workouts. Please go back to the old, more yoga inspired workouts and include a few for free!!

    Ive loved this app for a year .. but they have made so many changes to the workouts lately .. the app is still easy to use , but the new workout are not as good. I will not renew

    It was good at first, but it doesn’t really leave room to do more. I plateaued frequently and felt bored. I think recently they redid a lot of the routines and it’s just not as good. I wanted to do a routine that focused on core muscles / abs and tried the core I routine...it focused on everything but my core, and I spent more time doing squats and balancing moves that had nothing to do with my abs. This irritated me because I wasted my time on a routine that had nothing to do with what I wanted to focus on. Asana Rebel, disappointing. Will delete the app and try a new one.
