  • App no longer works

This app used to be great. Now every run I go on looks like squiggly lines on the map and the mileage is inaccurate. Tried updating it but it didn’t fix the problem. Ended up having to get a Fitbit and deleting Runkeeper.
  • Has become very inaccurate

Doing the same hike that it would once log perfect, the app now shows 1.5 times actual mileage. If I use “fix gps” it shows 1/2 of actual mileage.
  • Great App!

Love the simplicity. I want to push a single button that starts the program, track my distance & speed as I move along, & then get my summary of overall performance & estimated caloric burn at the end. Runkeeper fits my personal needs like a nice pair of running shoes. Can’t beat the FREE, no commercials price either. Good stuff!!

I have used this app for two years now and love it. I am just a casual runner but I love the accessories built into this app. Time distance and can access my music.
  • Pretty decent

I’ve been using this app for quite a while and really enjoy it, especially keeping in touch with friends exercising all over the country! I like that you can use stopwatch mode indoors and keep the coaching based on the times. However, one thing that has happened in one of the recent versions, is that if I try to log what gym equipment I use, (the default is none), and I select treadmill, it will never save. It’s just an annoying glitch that I keep waiting to get fixed! Luckily it’s not something that prevents me from using Runkeeper at all, and maybe it’s just me. Despite this, I’d still recommend this app over alternatives!

I used to use this app all the time and loved it. Now after re-downloading to a new phone, I can’t even log in or sign up for a new account at all. Error messages with Facebook, passwords consistently not recognized, or just plain app freezes. Very dissatisfying.
  • Best running app, and it’s free!

Everything from making your own maps with voice directions as you run to connecting to iOS or droid main health app for free! And those mentioned apps will connect to any other health app worth its salt for free, so no reason to ever pay a dime! I personally use it with IOS “health” app and “Lose It” nutrition and diet app for a complete package!
  • Free Version - does all I want

I normally love Runkeeper but for some reason the last couple days when I click on my friend tab my app totally turns off. I restarted my phone I’ve uninstalled Runkeeper and reinstalled it a couple times and nothing seems to help it. I also entered a run manually the other day and I took a screenshot of my activity timer and I couldn’t post it or upload it to that activity, it just showed up as a black screen with no picture.
