    I looooooooooove this app! It's great! Super helpful! It's really helped with just knowing what to really purchase for a healthy diet. The recipe book is one of my favorite parts of the app, but the recent update has caused the cookbook to lose all of my recipes that I saved and includes every recipe, when I only chose certain preferences. For the diet plan, you can choose specifically every ingredient you want, don't want, and that's AWESOME! I know this will be fixed because you all have been very quick at repairing mishaps. This is the first one in 5 months, so I find that spectacular. Thank you so much for such a great app and it keeps improving! Love it!!

    I use this app 3-5 days a week. I’m in average health but have been out of sorts for a few years following surgery. I’m just getting back into it and love these workouts. I love that you get to pick music with the workout (although the choices aren’t always great) I love that they show real people doing the exercise! I love that they give you goals I don’t like the fact that once you get thru “novice” you have to pay. :/ that’s why I took off a star. But overall best one!

    I can’t say enough good things about this app! I mostly use it for the meal planning but the exercises are great too! I’ve always hated meal planning. I tend to over-complicate it and end up spending $200/week and countless hours planning, cooking and prepping. I spent a total of 5-10 mins customizing my meals and about $50 buying the food for it, even with an almost entirely empty pantry ;) I go to a boot camp about 4-5x a week and the meal planning was the one part i was missing. This is the absolute best solution I’ve found. Keep up the great work! Love it!!
