  • Library is good, app is garbage

    By MatteiusMRY
I will use this despite its up being awful on an iPad. The buttons are incredibly tiny for media controls, the skip app seconds does not work for multiple taps, and the series have no skip intro/credits or auto play next episode. To top it off when you power off the iPad it keeps playing, and it is rotation locked meaning the speaker must face right. (For me speaker direction can make a world of difference at times) I don’t love the ui of every streaming app I use, but this is the first I hated.
  • Not a bad service, but has one major flaw

    By Mariomnb
The service itself is not bad, it's good if you prefer dubs over subs, but the thing that ticks me off the most is that YOU HAVE TO GET PREMIUM to access an entire series. This is just stupid, Crunchyroll is better, sure you get a metric crap ton of ads but you can watch an entire series. Funimation with their stupid greedy business practice is just annoying, go find a pirating website instead (not going to point out one). Once your done with your free trial, just never come back unless your willing to pay for premium but I'm not. Also, is it just me, or do the ads take forever to buffer?
  • Poor

    By ColeWM
The app has lost the capability to be cast. All other apps work still, but Funimation is laying the blame for this on the iOS and Android updates. Funny how any other streaming app works perfectly fine still. FYI this has been going on for over two months.
  • Great shows below average app

    By Gahansjsnbs
For the most part the app works. However there are slight annoyance to it. 1- for some weird reason I have to watch in one way in LANDSCAPE MODE. I can’t flip it towards the right sight even when it’s not on portrait lock. 2- the worst problem, CONTINUE WATCHING. I share an account and when we watch shows that we complete or don’t want to finish there’s no way to take it off the continue watching. You can look in the history but you can’t delete that either. It’s impractical.
  • Latest version ruined the app

The latest version has lost the ability to cast the app and locked the orientation. The content speaks for itself. If you’re a Dragon ball Z fan this is the best place to watch but it’s a shame they can’t fix in the app rapidly. I’ve contacted support twice without response. Is anyone running maintenance? Somebody does a poor job.
  • ???

Why am I paying for a yearly subscription and then getting charged a monthly subscription for the phone app. Feeling pretty cheated there funimation.
  • T was fine for first 2 months

After 2 months it still charged me for the subscription but I didn’t get my premium membership no matter how much money I waisted on it

  • Help !?!

Y App stopped casting to my tv what is going on ????
  • Airplay only works for about ten minutes.

    By TheCyberPunK
The app isn’t the best-designed, but I could live with it, except for the fact that Airplay only works for about 10 minutes. Then, it disconnects and I have to choose the airplay device again and press play again. This is very irritating and pretty much makes the app usable. I tested it on both my iPhone and my iPad.
