  • Let us see who’s checking us out

Having to pay to see who liked us is one thing seeing who’s view our profile is something that can really set this app apart

  • New update is Trash!

Throw the whole OKC away . I deleted my acct. a while ago &’ come back to a huge change that was NOT needed. You can no longer see who viewed your page &’ guess what ?? You can’t see your messages UNLESS you “match” with someone .. DUMB right ? So I have to swipe through TONS of profiles just to see who messaged me . If I wanted this I would have kept my Tinder !! This site is Trash &’ I hope a lot of people delete their account until they change it back ! If you’re stupid enough to pay a dime for this site for an upgrade you are crazy ! I’m going back to POF .
  • OK Cupid review is an honest Fair at best

The app has a lot of lag to it. The people on it seem to be very far away. Hasn't been a great experience.

  • My experience with the little man and the arrow.

I have been doing this online dating thing for 10 years I have had quite a few successful dates had a couple of duds. Some of my relationships have lasted 3 to 4 years. Some lasted over a cuppa coffee and it was over. But the key thing is OK Cupid gives me the opportunity to get a real good read on the person I'm going to date. There are times that I can tell it's Going to work or this is not going to work. For the most part it beats the hell of going to bars. Keep up the good work! Charlie James
  • Hey, not bad!

As far as dating apps go, this is pretty great. Very little pressure, easy to actually talk to people, lots of people using it, and you don't even HAVE to pay anything. If you're struggling to find someone, I highly recommend OkCupid. I recently moved to a new area where I know no one, and I hadn't been on a date in over 2 years. Just a few weeks in and I've already talked to several people, a couple of them pretty seriously. If it worked for me, it'll work for you.
  • Totally useless

I was a paying subscriber at one point. I have to say, the app and the site now have become completely useless. It’s a full on “swipe app” now which I find tedious, superficial, and just not effective. I get a couple of matches a week, but I don’t bother because I know that my matches have tons of matches themselves and all this match represents is like half a second of thought between the two of us. You can no longer see someone you really like and write them a thoughtful message— because in order to see that message they have to swipe you. If you’re doing 100 swipes a minute or thereabouts, which I feel is probably about typical, I don’t really like those odds. I’m not going to waste my time. They claim abusive messages are down 70% — do they measure meaningful messages? I’m guessing they’re down 95%. Also, as if we’re not lambasted already with politics— okc has taken a proactive stance on many social issues — some of which weren’t even issues — flipping the script on DTF?? What are you even talking about?? Major first world problems if you’re crusading about the unfairness of a flipping acronym. Somebody decided Okcupid had a social obligation to make everyone aware of whatever is important to the echo chamber inside the Okcupid office. That’s just bad business and it’s irritating. What if your favorite pizza delivery place decided to become political and started putting pro Trump slogans all over the website and delivery box? The vast majority of people just want to go about their lives and they are fatigued with this type of BS. Two years ago, I would have given the app 5 stars. Now I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I cannot use this train wreck any more.

This new sudden pop-up-ad when you send a message is awful and the ads aren’t targeted at all... You should think about linking the questions answered with your ad preferences like, if someone is a “healthy” eater, don’t show them MacDonalds commercials, or if they are vegan/vegetarian don’t show them that either. Get it together! And finally, I want a body type preference, swipping through all these people who I would never match is a waste of time when I could just click a button about body type.
