    I've been using this App for about 12 months now. It was good & it's increasingly better. The developer really focuses on what users want & the updates are fairly often. I've recommended it to others & it helps us all. Better than any supplement for the results oriented lifter.

  • Great for Apple Watch and logging workouts

    This is the perfect app for people who workout on a regular basis and like to log and keep track of their workouts. I’m an active spinal cord injury and I received the Apple Watch as a gift a year or so back and it’s been a great tool for working out since you don’t have to constantly go to your phone. Some updates that would be great that I’ve seen in other workout apps are previews and workout descriptions. I also think it would be great if the syncing was instant so any changes made via phone or watch update automatically. Besides that I really enjoy the amount of logging and note options that are available as well as the ability to add your own exercises if they’re not listed.

    Would like for the app to let you create drop sets. Also it needs to put your supersets together in the same set instead of seperate... that way you know when you look at the exercise that you have two of them to do to make one complete set.

    I’ve used many tracking apps for my fitness goals. Strong is by far the best I have used thus far. The app is stable and the developers are constantly improving the app based on user feedback. In addition it works with the Apple Watch which is a huge win. I can edit my workouts on the phone app, automatically syncs to the watch. Then I can just start and track the workout from my watch. If you dont have a watch no problem, using the app from your phone works perfectly fine too. Just get it already!! Great job Strong app Team!

    Great for creating and keeping track of workouts. Con: Sharing workouts can be buggy. I believe it’s mostly due to the workout naming convention. It won’t allow you to accept a workout of the same name from someone else.
